About

Mary Secrest M.S., OTR/L

With over a decade of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist, I was inspired to create a different kind of service for families. I strongly believe in the power of working with a child and their family in their natural environment throughout the assessment and treatment process. My mission is to apply my passion for my profession in an innovative delivery model (in homes, schools, or communities) aimed at increasing the efficacy of therapeutic programming and convenience for parents. Join me on this journey to promote your child's continued development and daily participation as we help them reach their full potential!

How is Mary Secrest OT different?

  • I bring my services to you!

  • Convenient

  • Holistic, child-centered approach

  • Individualized programming

Understanding the demands of busy family schedules, I aim to alleviate, not contribute to, your stress. Treatment sessions are conducted in a location that is convenient to you. Virtual services are also available.

Using a holistic approach, I assess and work with children within their natural environments—at home, school, or in the community. This allows me to collaborate with families and teachers, and to create individualized programs that are specific to both the child and their surroundings. This dynamic strategy enables the child to practice essential skills and strategies in real-time, with the added support they need.
